"Please read carefully" NO experience needed! Everyone is welcome! No problem to wear clothes If you prefer ! Participation is open to everyone. We gladly embrace beginners, individuals of all genders, children, members of the LGBT+ community, Muslims, and many others. ※This is not a private training session. Our Authentic Sumo Experience has been produced by Netflix "Sanctuary" Sumo Director: Takeshi Amitani. With this experience, you can practice authentic sumo wrestling on a real sumo ring, wearing a genuine sumo mawashi, and with real sumo wrestlers. [Exercise Example] (1) Ice break 　 Participants are invited to touch the ring and experience the size of a sumo wrestler. 　 We will also check your level of sumo knowledge. (2) Wrap up the Sumo belt(Mawashi) (3) Preparation of the ring (4) Explanation of sumo rules (5) Shiko(Leg Stamping)/the most basic movement of sumo (6) Koshiwari (sumo squat) (7) Gymnastics (injury prevention) (8) Suriashi (Foot work practice) (9) Teppo (Pushing practice) (10)Butsukari(Charging practice) (11)Sumo Bouts!! The Day of: 100% of total amount.  No arrival without contact: 100% of total amount. 【Injuries and Accidents】 We will do our best to prevent injuries and accidents during the Sumo Experience. (it has not happened in the past) If an injury or accident unfortunately occur during the instruction or use of the facilities during the Sumo Experience, the maximum amount of compensation we have responsibility for damages is the amount paid by you for the injury or accident. However, this excludes cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of us. 【Rules during the Sumo Experience】 ・Please follow the instructions during the lesson. ・Lesson times may vary slightly. ・Please come with plenty of time to spare. ・Pants will be provided for those who need them. ・Shower facilities are available at 100 yen per 5 minutes. ・Please bring a towel and change of clothes. ・Please remove your glasses or replace them with contact lenses. ・We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
